Category: Housing and RV Parks Was a huge apartment complex and I lived on the second floor. Only 2 storey units, about 600 residences in total. Very well maintained and manicured. Felt very safe even though complex is not gated. Staff is extremely friendly and you can always find maintenance people driving around in golf carts. Residents friendly too. 2 pools (heated) and 5 hot tubs, gym and tennis courts. Residents can also use Mission Lake facilities which is a great bonus...as it is a private lake community.

Category: Housing and RV Parks Great complex! Grounds are super clean. Apts have garages, and security systems. 1BR are very roomy, have garden tubs and double vanity sinks. Community is gated. If someone comes to visit you they simply punch in your apt number and it rings your phone, you can look on channel 9 to see who is at the gate before deciding if you want to let them in. No rift-raft. Tennis courts, large pools, grills, etc
  • Lafayette, Louisiana (Poor)

    (Mar 22, 2012)
Category: Housing and RV Parks Older tri-level apartments. 1BR apts are very small. Walls are thin. Limited parking. Complex streets flood easily. Power goes out often. Lots of apartments packed in a small tight complex. Got so fed up with the noise, I refused to extend a contract unless they put me at a better apartment complex. Request "Chateau Des Lion" apartments!

Category: Housing and RV Parks They are older apartment (ALL the apartments in Monroe are old. The new ones are in West Monroe and are very expensive). One bedrooms are decent sized. Some units have W/D improvements (meaning its a stack unit in your bedroom closet. I was here in 2007 and never had any problems.
