Fellow Travelers, next week will be a huge event for Healthcare Travelbook.  Our community is exhibiting at the Healthcare Staffing Summit in Philadelphia.  It will be a great chance to meet with executive of staffing companies large and small across the U.S.  They will all be gathered at the same time and place!

I am super excited to be speaking at a conference session called "Voice of the Travelers".  As a physical therapist, I will be speaking on an "expert" panel of other travelers that represent nursing, therapy, radiology, and other traveling professions.  I was invited to speak to the CEOs and executives of the staffing firms that we all work for.  So here is my question for the community:

What issues/concerns/comments would you like me to "voice" on your behalf?  Please reply to this blog post by Monday September 19th with your feedback.  I promise to get your message to the industry leaders.

Wish me luck!  I hope that I represent your interests well.  (Look for my post-conference blog as a follow-up to this one.)

September was a busy month for us as we traveled to the Healthcare Staffing Summit in Chicago. As travelers, it was fascinating to hear so much about the "the other side" of the travel industry.  The conference was attended by agency owners and executives.  We met and talked with these attendees at our exhibit booth, and we attended presentations and expert panel discussions about the future of the travel industry.  We wanted to share our experience and observations from the conference with the community!
